Lab Properties is an innovative real estate investment firm focused in the cannabis industry. Lab approached Mhood Design for design strategy and an identity system to bolster their visual strength and become a top contender in the industry.

Process

We began with exploring various logo concepts for Lab, keeping in mind their vision of further innovation. After dozens if typographic iterations and logo variations, we arrived to the final design solution for Lab which utilized a modern monogram in tandem with custom typography.
